鹿児島県産のカンキツの炎症性サイトカイン産生抑制効果を検討した.今回供試したカンキツはすべての品種でアルコール抽出,水抽出画分共に産生抑制効果を示した.タンカンでは未熟果皮で抑制活性が高かった.このタンカンから抑制成分の同定を行った結果,主要成分がノビレチンであることを高速液体クロマトグラフィーによる単離後,質量分析で同定した.またノビレチン関連物質であると想定される,さらに強い抑制活性の分画の存在も確認した.
